If you are absent, you are responsible for the following: avoiding fragments, avoiding comma splices, subject verb agreement, pronoun antecedent, pronoun case adn tense consistentcy. You should complete the first exercise for each of these. On Friday, you will have an in class assessment on this material, which will be taken directly from the other sample exercises in these categories.
